Conclusion

In summary, we now can be sure, byond the shadow of a doubt, of the following:

1. The question as to whether or not we are truly saved from sin, death, Hell, and the tyrrany of Satan is the single most important question which any one of us will ever face in our entire lifetime because our answer to that question literally affects our eternal destiny.

2. Though there are many proposed "solutions" for our salvation being dispersed throughout the entire world, the Bible says that the only true means of salvation from the power and penalty of sin and the assurance of the gift of eternal life is solely by the grace of God, solely through faith in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

3. The fact that we are saved solely by grace, solely through faith in the Person and work of our Lord Jesus Christ is clearly taught in the Bible, the Sacred Scriptures, Genesis through Revelation, the only "sacred writings" which are literally "God-breathed", "inspired" by the Holy Spirit, the third Person of the blessed Trinity, and thus, are the only totally reliable source of truth, the only sure guide for all of faith and practice, belief and conduct.

Therefore, my final word and challenge to you, dear friend, is this: do you believe the Bible? By His grace (unmerited, undeserved favor), will you "take God at His Word"? Will you personally repent (turn from) of your sins and believe in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ and so be saved? No matter who you are, no matter what you may have ever done, this promise of the Gospel, the "Good News" of Jesus Christ, is for you: "Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on him." (John 3:36) And again, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 6:23)

May the Lord, by His mercy and grace, Word and Spirit, truly bless, strengthen and sustain you as you seek to know and grow in Him.
